This is the 3rd consecutive year Northwest Home Health has been recognized for achieving an overall score that ranked in the top 5% in the SHP national patient satisfaction (HHCAHPS) benchmark and scoring above the SHP national average for each HHCAHPS quality measure as measured from the patient’s point of view.
